The title of this year's symposium is: "The Respect for Marriage Act: Living Together With Our Deepest Differences."

The Respect for Marriage Act, signed into law on December 13, 2022, generated extraordinary debates in Congress and throughout the nation, including about whether it effectively protects religious freedom rights while also protecting same-sex marriage rights. This will be a great opportunity to hear Prof. Esbeck weigh in on these controversial issues, and to join in on the Q&A session!
