Jordan is currently senior counsel and director of strategic engagement
with ADF, where he plays a key role with the Strategic Relations and
Training Team. He has argued cases in courts across the country,
including the Supreme Court, and has made media appearances on
television, radio and in print in numerous national outlets. He earned a
J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and received a B.A. in
journalism from Stanford University.

Jordan Lorence on Coach Kennedy and How the Supreme Court Overruled the Lemon Test
Jordan Lorence will present on how the U.S. Supreme Court overruled the Lemon test and reshaped Establishment Clause jurisprudence through three key cases: Carson v. Makin (the school choice case), Shurtleff v. City of Boston (the flag pole case), and then culminating with Kennedy v. Bremerton School District, the Coach Kennedy case. This presentation will provide context and overview of multiple important cases coming out of the Court's most recent term.
