18th Annual Orange County Religion & the Law Symposium: The Most Compelling Religious Liberty Cases on the Federal Dockets

 The Orange County Federalist Society is proud to co-sponsor the 18th annual Orange County Religion & the Law Symposium, presented by the J. Reuben Clark Law Society – Orange County Chapter. The title of this year's symposium is: "The Most Compelling Religious Liberty Cases on the Federal Dockets."

Presented by Luke Goodrich –Vice President & Senior Counsel at Becket, and award-winning author of “Free to Believe: The Battle Over Religious Liberty in America”. He will speak on hot topic cases currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal courts, which include issues concerning equal funding for religious schools, a coach kneeling in prayer, whether Boston can refuse the flying of a religious flag, and government destruction of Native American sacred sites.
