Prof. David Bernstein is Foundation Professor at George Mason Law School and is a regular contributor to the Volokh Conspiracy blog.  Professor Bernstein is  an expert on the "Lochner era" of American constitutional jurisprudence and the author of  Rehabilitating Lochner (to be published this year) and You Can't Say That! - The Growing Threat to Civil Liberties from Antidiscrimination Law. He is listed as one of fifty most cited faculty who entered law teaching since 1992. He was awarded the Law and Economics Center Prize, 2000, for "Best Book in Law and Economics"and has published dozens of law reviews articles on issues ranging from "Race, Ethnicity, and the Law" to "Toxic Torts and Junk Science." He is considered one of the nation's legal authorities on Daubert and expert evidence.
